The window is room was only single glazed which was strange considering we were on 45th floor, felt it was dangerous and room was very loud due to the thin glass
The view from our suite was primarily of the loud external air conditioning units, and the lack of soundproofed windows made for disturbed nights

Third night was the worst - a full grown cockroach crawled over our face whilst we were asleep
Unfortunately we had a small issue with a cockroach falling out of an air vent - but they team moved us to a new room straight away

Also, we were on floor 43 but the traffic noise below was surprisingly loud
