Extended our stay multiple times - great location as it is walkable to main area of Chiang Mai
We were only here for one night before catching the express train back to Bangkok in the morning (about a 15-20 minute walk to the station)
It was about a 35 min walk to the centre
it still requires taxi/grab for everything and the location was confusing many of the drivers
