The review, at a glance
Consider the Hive Thonglor for focused work with a rooftop break space, but trial the actual workstation before buying a month. A July 2026 guest found concentration easy, while March 2026 pass users reported uncomfortable wooden chairs and faulty sockets. The September 2025 member's internet complaint is more relevant than reassuring 2022 connection reports, though it does not establish today's performance. For a call-heavy schedule or ergonomic needs, verify the network, booth arrangements and seating first. Published full-time access is broader than day/week-pass access, and the conflicting monthly starting prices warrant a written quote.

A closer look · Chapter 1
The working-day appeal is the combination of shared desks and a rooftop café or terrace, rather than a guarantee of ergonomic comfort. A July 2026 guest says they could focus without problems; a March 2025 guest likewise considered the space worthwhile for concentration. Against that, a February 2020 report described noise outside one quiet floor. That older account should not be presented as today's soundscape, but it makes choosing the work area more important than assuming building-wide silence.
Seating is the stronger warning. In March 2026, a daily/weekly-pass guest described wooden chairs as uncomfortable and reported that half the outlets were not working. This echoes a July 2022 complaint about desk clearance for people over six feet and a March 2023 warning about office chairs being tied to dedicated desks. Inspect the actual short-pass station, leg clearance and usable socket before settling in. A dedicated desk merits separate inspection; the historical chair distinction is not a current ergonomic guarantee.

The operator lists complimentary Wi-Fi and phone booths, and advertises an eight-person meeting room with video-conferencing facilities and a Zoom Suite. Those are facility claims, not evidence of reliable calls from a hot desk. Guest corroboration is limited: a July 2022 review mentions a phone booth and a good connection, while an April 2023 guest found call-room reservations straightforward. Neither account establishes soundproofing, whether a day pass includes booth use, or whether rooms remain easy to reserve now.
Internet evidence deserves particular caution. An August 2022 guest reported decent connectivity throughout the day, but a September 2025 long-term member complained of poor internet and said repeated complaints had prompted no action. The older positive account cannot cancel the newer warning, and the sample does not document a fix. Before scheduling consequential meetings, test your actual call setup and ask about room availability and charges. The March 2026 outlet complaint also makes checking workstation power sensible. There is insufficient evidence to score either present-day connectivity or call quality.

The English membership table lists THB 393 for a day pass, THB 1,683 for a five-day week pass and THB 5,000 for full-time hot desking. Membership prices exclude 7% VAT. Day and week access is 9am–6pm; full-time hot desking is listed with thirty usage days and 24/7 access. However, the homepage advertises hot desks from THB 4,000 per person per month. Treat that as an unresolved starting-price distinction, not an interchangeable full-time offer, and obtain the applicable terms in writing.
Value judgments differ: a March 2025 guest found the somewhat pricey space worth it for focus, whereas a February 2022 guest thought the small hot-desk area poor value. A March 2026 report adds deposit-return friction, with three visits attributed to closed reception. Ask whether your booking requires a deposit and how refunds are handled. For arrival, the operator identifies the building inside the Piman 49 courtyard opposite Starbucks. Its weekday telephone window is separate from membership entry rights. Networking may add value, but explicit peer-connection reports are from 2023, not current observations.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

Working from the room looks practical, with a dedicated desk, usable surface and good natural light in some layouts. Guests mention good working space, but the desk size and chair comfort are not well established. It should suit laptop work better than a demanding full work setup.

Some rooms offer a genuinely useful broad desk with power nearby and daylight. Others have only a small round table, and chair comfort and natural light vary by room. It is workable for occasional tasks, but ask about the room layout if you need a full working day.
Check before booking: Workspace design varies by room; several supplied images show small round tables rather than a dedicated desk.

The rooms are well set up for a working day, with a proper desk, office-style chair, and natural light. Guests generally find the desk useful, though room lighting, outlets, and ergonomics are not fully consistent. It is a solid option for laptop work if dependable Wi-Fi is not your only requirement.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions and outlet placement are not established.

The room workspace looks genuinely usable for a working day. Desks beside large windows offer good light, though socket problems and occasional desk wear could complicate longer sessions. It suits light work, provided you bring a backup connection and charging plan.
Check before booking: Power-outlet availability and placement at the workspace are not established by the photographs.

The rooms provide dedicated desk areas and generally good natural light, making them workable for a normal day of laptop tasks. Chair comfort and desk ergonomics are less certain, with no details on dimensions or monitor connections. Suitable for light work, less so for a demanding office setup.
Check before booking: Desk and chair dimensions are not provided.

The room workspace is usable for a normal work session. Guests praise the desk and ergonomic chair, and some rooms have useful window light, but desk details and comfort vary and unreliable Wi-Fi can undermine it. It works for light laptop work rather than demanding remote days.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions, outlet placement, and monitor suitability are not established.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
AI assists the individual analysis and writing. The city ordering is calculated directly from those individual findings. Google’s reported rating remains separate from our assessment.
