The review, at a glance
SUMMIT looks worth investigating for desk-based work, particularly if spacious furniture matters more than a central location. Multiple 2020 guests praised chairs and internet, and one described unusually productive, distraction-light days. However, every supplied guest account dates from 2019–2020, so this is a historical recommendation rather than assurance of present conditions. Confirm that the venue is operating, obtain current day and monthly terms, and check your intended desk and call room before committing. The training-room lighting complaint also makes an in-person room check sensible.

A closer look · Chapter 1
The strongest case for SUMMIT is its desk setup rather than its marketing. A February 2020 guest described huge desks and comfortable chairs; another that month specified varying table heights and fully adjustable ergonomic seating. A January 2020 account independently praised the chairs and spaciousness. For someone spending long stretches typing or spreading out work materials, those are useful signals, although the present furniture has not been verified. Focus evidence is also unusually concrete: one February 2020 guest credited fewer distractions with completing five large projects in a few days. Another explicitly recommended the venue for getting work done. The important qualification is room-specific disagreement. A March 2020 reviewer found the training room under-equipped and insufficiently lit, whereas a February guest called the meeting room spacious. These descriptions need not concern the same room, and spaciousness does not resolve lighting quality. Inspect the actual desk or training room you intend to use rather than treating favorable coworking-floor reports as approval of every facility.

Internet receives consistent praise from separate January and February 2020 guests, who described Wi-Fi or internet as fast. That agreement is more useful than an operator-only promise, but it remains historical and qualitative: the evidence gives no measured speeds, upload performance or record of stability during calls. Test your own work connection before relying on it for a deadline or recurring video meetings. The operator advertises Skype rooms and meeting rooms for up to ten people, with Smart TVs and air conditioning. A February 2020 guest independently mentioned a Skype room, supporting its historical presence. Neither account establishes sound isolation, reservation availability, limits on use or inclusion in a day pass. A spacious meeting room is not automatically a private calling environment. For occasional calls, the advertised separate rooms make SUMMIT worth asking about; for back-to-back confidential meetings, request explicit answers about room access and privacy rather than assuming the room label guarantees either.

The address places this branch at 66 Sookasem Soi 1, behind Lanna Hospital in Pa Tan. One January 2020 guest considered it further out of town, while a February guest reported plenty of parking. That combination may suit someone prioritizing vehicle access over a central location, but it does not establish public transport convenience or current parking availability. Budgeting is less certain: a February 2020 guest called pricing inexpensive, and a November 2019 guest mentioned promotions, without amounts, durations or eligibility. The operator instead asks prospective customers to visit for pricing, so current rates are unknown and no price table can responsibly be supplied. Ask separately about day access, monthly commitments, taxes, hours and room charges. The operator also advertises unlimited drinks, showers and community events, but the evidence does not establish which memberships include them or whether events currently run. Most importantly, the listing records operating status as unknown. Verify operation before traveling, then obtain the terms relevant to your intended working pattern.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
