The review, at a glance
ACE is a strong shortlist choice for remote workers who want focused desk time without giving up opportunities to meet people. The most useful 2026 accounts describe quiet work areas, comfortable seating, monitors and optional social participation—not just attractive café surroundings. Start with a short pass before buying a month: test your actual video-call setup, confirm booth reservations and establish how entry works outside staffed hours. The June 2026 kitchen pest allegation also merits a direct question about corrective action; positive cleanliness reports do not resolve that specific concern.

A closer look · Chapter 1
ACE’s strongest evidence concerns the actual working setup. A July 2026 regular describes a middle-floor quiet area with ergonomic chairs and a second screen; an August guest found the room quiet, cool and easy to focus in. Another July account calls the working floor distraction-free with comfortable chairs. These reports support choosing ACE for sustained laptop work rather than treating it simply as a pleasant café. Monitors are a useful advantage, but a May reviewer explicitly qualifies free use with availability: ask for one before settling in if your workflow depends on a second display. The community need not dominate your day. April and August 2026 guests describe tea breaks, dinners and outings, while a July regular says participation is optional. Capacity and hygiene deserve separate checks. A September 2025 reviewer warned of occasional crowding. More seriously, a June 2026 update alleges rats in the kitchen late at night. Another June guest called the workspace clean, but that does not disprove the kitchen allegation or establish that it has been resolved.
[source]A closer look · Chapter 2
Connectivity is broadly encouraging, not uniformly proven. A July 2026 guest reports fast internet, and a November 2025 reviewer specifically says Wi-Fi remained fast and stable during Zoom meetings. Against those accounts, an October 2025 guest reports slow internet; a January 2025 booth user experienced heavy interruptions when combining camera and screen sharing. The latter is historical evidence, not a current speed test, but it identifies a demanding workflow worth testing yourself. Booth experiences also vary. A May 2026 guest says the small rooms do the job but feel rustic, contrasting with January 2025 complaints about oppressive air. Another May account reports three booths bookable in advance, and a July regular says their booths did not cost extra. Neither establishes universal day-pass terms or soundproofing. Ask staff to confirm your reservation and inclusion. An August 2025 complaint concerns residents ignoring the meeting-room booking system, while the operator lists both meeting-room access and a separate rental offer. Clarify that distinction before scheduling a client meeting.
[source][source]A closer look · Chapter 3
The current operator snapshot lists 120,000 for three hours and 200,000 for a full day, both valid on purchase day; one week costs 1,000,000, 30 days 3,500,000 and 90 days 8,500,000. The supplied text does not explicitly identify currency or tax treatment, so confirm both rather than treating these as an all-in quotation. Two May 2026 guests support the value of included drinks and available monitors. Nevertheless, a January 2026 reviewer reports a significant increase over 2025: older impressions of affordability should not substitute for today’s package comparison. Access is the bigger operational ambiguity. The operator advertises 24/7 opening, whereas Maps lists Friday and Saturday as 7 AM–9 PM and Sunday as 8:30 AM–6:30 PM. A July 2026 guest specifically links overnight access to long-term membership. Another July visitor found nobody at reception at 8:15 am. For a first day, arrange arrival directly; for a month, establish overnight eligibility and entry procedure before purchase. The operator says bookings are made in person and accepts cash, card and local transfers.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

Rooms include usable desks and generally reliable internet, making them suitable for laptop work. Chair comfort and desk practicality are less certain, so it is better for short work sessions than a full ergonomic office day.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions and outlet placement are not reliably measurable from the supplied evidence.

The rooms provide a usable desk or kitchen table, and guests have worked comfortably without leaving for a café. The compact stool or ottoman is not an ergonomic office chair, so it is better for occasional work than a full day at the desk.
Check before booking: Chair appears to be a compact stool or ottoman rather than an ergonomic office chair.

The rooms appear workable for a day at the desk, with proper desks and good natural light. Outlet placement and chair comfort are less certain, and one guest had to charge in the bathroom, so it is not a polished work setup.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions and outlet placement are not established.

The room workspace is usable for light work and benefits from natural light. The surface looks narrow, the chair is not especially strong, and power or monitor suitability is unclear. It is fine for short laptop sessions, not an ideal full working day.

The room has a dedicated desk and chair, so it can handle light laptop work. However, outlet access, lighting, ergonomics, and desk size are not well established, and unreliable Wi-Fi undermines a full working day. It is better for occasional tasks than demanding remote work.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions, outlet access, monitor suitability, lighting quality, and ergonomic support are not established.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
AI assists the individual analysis and writing. The city ordering is calculated directly from those individual findings. Google’s reported rating remains separate from our assessment.
