Spacious does not necessarily mean an available seat. December 2025 feedback says the open desks get very full and recommends arriving early. That contrasts with an April 2024 visitor who found ample day-visitor seating and furniture in good condition; the older account should not override the later crowding warning. The general membership page's RM400 hot-desk starting price is not the KL Gateway rate. September 2026 feedback calls the price excellent, echoing March 2024 praise for reasonable, competitive pricing, but neither guest specifies the purchased product. Final taxes and contract details still need confirmation. In particular, the hot-desk FAQ requires one month's written cancellation notice and payment for remaining contract tenure on early termination.
Access is attractive for rail commuters: an October 2025 guest describes the connected LRT-to-mall pathway. A 2022 guest found first-time entry confusing, so obtaining directions to the Level 3 unit remains sensible, without treating that old complaint as a current universal problem. Ordinary day passes run only 9am–6pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. The weekly product promises 24/7 access, including weekends and holidays, while the same branch page generally excludes On-Demand users from member access. Confirm weekly-pass entry instructions explicitly. Weekday on-site support hours are not a promise of overnight staffing.
