The review, at a glance
Privat.MX merits a trial day for remote workers who want a professional base in Roma Norte without committing immediately to a fixed desk. February 2026 walk-in experience and 2025–2026 internet and value reports are encouraging. However, quietness evidence is older and office-dependent, while a May 2026 customer encountered presentation-equipment problems. For a month, request an itemized quote and test the exact desk, connection and meeting setup first. The advertised monthly starting price is not a complete membership specification, and historical room availability does not guarantee access for your pass.

A closer look · Chapter 1
A useful way to approach Privat.MX is as a flexible workspace to test before settling into a month. In February 2026, one visitor obtained a private room immediately, found working Wi-Fi and used a sunny back patio. That is concrete evidence of an easy working-day experience, although it is not a reservation guarantee. The operator also offers permanently assigned desks in shared offices, so ask which arrangement your quote actually covers.
For concentration, the evidence is positive but dated and uneven. Two April 2024 guests described quiet or peaceful conditions; a February 2025 visitor heard outside noise in some offices. These accounts can coexist if rooms differ, and none establishes today's sound level at your proposed desk. Workers doing sustained writing should inspect that room rather than assume the entire building is silent.
Comfort is less well established. An August 2022 guest liked the varied furniture and patio meetings, while an October 2019 guest criticized ventilation and lighting. Those historical reports do not justify declaring current indoor conditions either excellent or poor. Check the chair, desk and room conditions yourself before buying a month.

Internet has the strongest recent operational evidence. An October 2025 guest called it very fast and reliable, a January 2026 guest reported good internet, and February 2026 feedback says Wi-Fi worked well. These independent experiences carry more weight than a high-speed marketing label. They still are not measured uptime or performance guarantees for your workload.
There is conflicting historical evidence: an April 2022 visitor found reliability depended on position in the building, and a June 2019 guest reported frequent internet or power outages. Neither should be presented as a current fault, but both make testing your actual seat sensible before an important session.
Private rooms are confirmed by recent feedback, while the more specific praise for call-room availability comes from December 2022 and January 2023. Do not assume those rooms are always free, included or acoustically isolated. The operator's telephone cabin claim likewise does not prove soundproofing. For presentations, a May 2026 guest encountered projector and remote-control problems but ultimately managed to project. Ask staff to demonstrate your intended setup before attendees arrive; friendly service and functional equipment are separate questions.

The operator advertises benefits from MXN 2,850 monthly, plus IVA. Preserve both qualifications: this is a starting figure, and tax is additional. The supplied page does not establish which desk arrangement qualifies, whether meeting rooms are included, or what access entitlement accompanies that price. Current day-pass and private-room rates remain unknown. November 2024 feedback confirms a daily drop-in option and easy card payment at that time, but it cannot establish today's price or payment policy.
Recent value impressions are favorable: an October 2025 visitor found several working days very affordable, and a January 2026 visitor called the price reasonable. Those experiences support requesting a quote, not assuming every office or membership costs the advertised minimum.
The branch is listed at Córdoba 95 in Roma Norte. Listed hours are 8 AM–10 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM–3 PM Saturday, and closed Sunday. A February 2026 visitor reported straightforward entry and exit, but opening hours are not proof of unrestricted member access. Before paying, confirm your dates, permitted hours, room charges and total including IVA.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
