Staff and location were wonderful Beds are so comfortable too
I had a 4 night stay and each night other guests on my level were extremely loud yelling and slamming doors and running up & down the hallway until 4am
the area was run down with building work going on everywhere so we decided to leave after one night and move on to Hoi An

As I was checking out they tried to over charge me with stealing a mug and some towels that had make up on them that said they couldn’t clean

The buffet breakfast was real good with a variety of choices
The staff were very nice and the coffee shop in the lobby was delicious and reasonable

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and located just a few steps from the sea
