Sleep is mixed: the beds, pillows and blackout curtains are strong, but outside noise can be a real problem.
Check before bookingExternal noise from trains, bridge traffic, aircraft and nearby nightlife can disturb sleep.
Sleep is mixed: the beds, pillows and blackout curtains are strong, but outside noise can be a real problem. Trains, traffic, aircraft and nightlife bother some guests, and the experience varies by room. Good for sleepers who value comfort and can request a quieter room; light sleepers should take the location seriously.
the atmosphere was peaceful
The beds were unbelievably comfortable
due to the location right under the bridge and on the flight path it was noisy sitting out on our terrace and at night time we sat on the decking infront of the hotel and again the noise did detract from the experience
Noise from the road and train

Do the staff fix things when they go wrong?

Staff and service are among the hotel’s biggest strengths: guests describe the team as welcoming, friendly and helpful. A few minor communication or timing issues appear, including a late check-in time, but they do not outweigh the positive impression. Choose it if attentive staff matter to you.

Hotel staff were just incredible and so welcoming and friendly
Mainly communication or mis translation with their new to the job staff
The check in time is a bit late

Breakfast is worth considering, especially if you prefer fresh food made to order rather than a buffet. Guests praise the taste, choice, coffee and setting, though à la carte service can be slow and outdoor tables may be noisy. It is a good match for relaxed breakfasts rather than quick departures.

There is no conventional swimming pool; the property offers a courtyard hot tub instead. The setting looks private and attractive, but guests wanting to swim will find the facility disappointing. Book it for the hot tub and atmosphere, not for pool time.

2/10: The supplied evidence shows hot tubs, not a conventional swimming pool, and a guest explicitly says a pool was missing. The hot tubs may provide soaking but do not establish swimming suitability.

The waterfront location is appealing, with restaurants, bars, transport and riverside walks nearby.
Check before bookingBridge, train, road, aircraft, and nightlife noise are documented limitations.
The waterfront location is appealing, with restaurants, bars, transport and riverside walks nearby. It is outside Lisbon’s main tourist centre, and bridge, traffic, train, aircraft and nightlife noise can detract from the setting; taxis and ride-hailing drivers may also struggle with the entrance. Best for waterfront access and nightlife rather than a quiet, central base.
close to restaurants nice harbour stroll and it was close to the convention center
near to Congress Centre and Alcantara-Mar train station
Uber drivers didn't seem to know how to get to the front door
7/10: The location is strong for waterfront dining, nightlife, coworking, public transport, and convention-centre access. It is reduced by documented bridge, traffic, train, aircraft, nightlife, and arrival-access problems, plus being outside the tourist centre.
Evidence confidence: moderate. This is a model assessment, not a statistical probability. Limited or inconsistent sources reduce confidence.

The hotel lists internet, but there is not enough guest feedback to establish whether the Wi-Fi is reliable for work or calls. Treat connectivity as an open question and confirm directly if it is essential. It is not a strong reason to choose the hotel based on the available evidence.
Internet is listed as available, but the supplied reviews do not directly document Wi-Fi speed, reliability, outages, or video-call suitability. This ordinary provisional score reflects confirmed availability with substantial uncertainty, not a measured quality judgment.

The rooms appear suitable for a normal work session, with a proper desk, chair and often useful natural light. Desk size, power access and lighting vary, so it may be less suitable for demanding full-day work. Fine for occasional laptop use.

The evidence supports a proper desk and dedicated chair, with natural light in several photographed configurations. Desk size, power access, and everyday usability remain unverified, so this is good but not exceptional.
