Fabulous doorman to help with luggage on arrival and departure as it’s a oneway street along river and taxi or Grab must park over the road (very busy road)…he literally walks out and stops the traffic so you can all get across as you depart

hot water came for a limited time after 3 minute of shower water turned cold
The hot water in the shower didn’t last long… like 3 min and then it started to cool down (maybe a common issue in Vietnam as this happened to me in other 2 hotels as well)
The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either the shower and especially the drain were dirty

We found lots of ants in our bed (at lest 30 before we fell asleep)
Also there was a cockroach in the room which was not pleasant and our room was cleaned and nothing done about it
