The review, at a glance
Shortlist Enosta An Nhon 3 for a quiet working day, but treat a call-heavy visit as a separate booking problem. March and September 2026 guests provide encouraging evidence of a calm, maintained workspace, while two 2026 reports support internet reliability. The strongest caution is operational: one May 2026 visitor lost access to a room mid-call and encountered cash-only payment and unexpected closing. Try a day before committing to a month, and obtain explicit confirmation of payment, entry hours and any reserved call space.

A closer look · Chapter 1
The strongest recent case for this branch is straightforward concentration. March and September 2026 coworking guests describe a calm, professional, organized workspace, and the September account specifically praises cleanliness, comfort and maintenance. That is more useful evidence for a working day than the operator's general positioning. It also aligns with the May 2026 visitor's observation that speaking is uncommon in the main coworking area: potentially helpful for writing or coding, less convenient when collaboration becomes audible.
Comfort is not uniformly praised. A September 2025 visitor considered the interior somewhat rundown. January 2025 reports describe large, comfortable desks but also warn that busy periods can make a good seat difficult to find. Those older accounts are not current occupancy observations, and the newer maintenance praise does not establish a renovation. For a month-long commitment, inspect the actual desk and chair offered; for a hot-desk day, avoid assuming the most comfortable seat will be available. Community is another separate question: October 2024 desk-user criticism contrasts with a January 2026 coliving Christmas event, which does not establish everyday networking for visitors.

Internet evidence is encouraging without being a speed test. A March 2026 guest calls it fast and reliable for online work, and a February 2026 coworking review independently describes stable internet. A December 2023 guest reported sometimes inadequate Wi-Fi speed; that older account warrants testing your own workload, but should not outweigh the newer reports as evidence of present conditions. None establishes bandwidth, latency or sustained performance for demanding uploads.
Call logistics deserve more caution than connectivity. One May 2026 guest perceived only one call-permitted room, found its fan insufficient in the heat, and was asked to leave during a call because another person needed it. Another guest that same month successfully rented a private room for an English lesson. The distinction matters: a separately rented room can work well, while opportunistic access may not. The branch lists a call room among extra services, but the supplied evidence does not establish sound isolation, complimentary day-pass use or reservation priority. Before a critical meeting, confirm a specific room, uninterrupted booking duration, cooling and total charge rather than relying on the existence of a call facility.

The operator advertises hot desks from VND 110,000 per day and fixed desks from VND 2.3 million per month; its private-office service starts at VND 500,000 per day. These are starting prices, not a confirmed quote for your chosen seat or room. Advertised coworking terms include basic water, instant tea and coffee, plus a private locker for monthly members. Taxes and call-room inclusion are not established. March 2026 private-office price praise supports potential value, while April 2024 affordability praise is too old to prove today's relative pricing.
Practical access can undermine that budget. A May 2026 guest reports that cards were rejected for both coworking and drinks. Bring cash unless the operator confirms another usable payment method. The An Nhon location page lists Monday–Friday 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM–5 PM. Yet one May 2026 visitor was told at 5 PM that the space was closed, and a September 2026 visitor reported waiting after arriving at 8. Confirm entry arrangements and your permitted finishing time, especially when buying a day pass; published business hours alone do not resolve these conflicting experiences.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

Rooms include usable desks and generally reliable internet, making them suitable for laptop work. Chair comfort and desk practicality are less certain, so it is better for short work sessions than a full ergonomic office day.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions and outlet placement are not reliably measurable from the supplied evidence.

The rooms provide a usable desk or kitchen table, and guests have worked comfortably without leaving for a café. The compact stool or ottoman is not an ergonomic office chair, so it is better for occasional work than a full day at the desk.
Check before booking: Chair appears to be a compact stool or ottoman rather than an ergonomic office chair.

Rooms generally provide a usable desk or work surface, making occasional laptop work practical. The setup varies, though, and power access, desk comfort and daylight are not clearly consistent enough to promise a comfortable full workday.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions, power access, monitor suitability, and ergonomic specifications are not established.

The rooms include a usable desk and separate chair for ordinary laptop work. Natural light may be weaker than the photos suggest, and the chair, outlets and desk dimensions are not well established. Suitable for short work sessions, less convincing for a full working day.
Check before booking: The supplied review reports that the room was not as well lit as it appeared in photographs.

The rooms usually provide a proper desk and chair, sometimes beside a bright window with a beach or ocean outlook. However, desk size, power access, glare, noise, and Wi-Fi reliability are not dependable enough to promise a smooth working day. It works for light laptop use rather than demanding remote work.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions and nearby power availability are not established.

The rooms generally offer a desk near apparent natural light, making short work sessions feasible. However, the desk size, outlets and chair comfort are unclear, and poor Wi-Fi can undermine a full working day. It is better for light laptop use than dependable remote work.
Check before booking: Desk dimensions, outlet proximity, and monitor suitability are not established.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
AI assists the individual analysis and writing. The city ordering is calculated directly from those individual findings. Google’s reported rating remains separate from our assessment.
