02 / Where to work

The top-rated coworking spaces.

Ranked by our evidence-based workspace rating across focus, connectivity, desk comfort, calls, value, access and community.

  1. Nomad Shophouse — 8.3/10. Nomad Shophouse is a strong candidate for a focused working day, especially if you want a monitor, comfortable seating and a more social setting than an anonymous desk rental.
  2. Jerry Coworking Space TTDI — 8.0/10. Jerry TTDI is a credible choice for a private, focused working day, especially if you arrive by MRT and prefer a room to a shared desk.
  3. Emspaced @ KL Sentral, Menara Allianz Sentral — 8.0/10. Emspaced KL Sentral looks like a sensible shortlist for a transit-based working day, especially if comfortable seating and a choice between focused and social areas matter.
  4. INFINITY8 Reserve TRX — 7.9/10. A strong shortlist for a weekday work session, especially if you need room for your own second screen or appreciate standing desks.
  5. Co-labs Coworking Naza Tower — 7.9/10. A sensible shortlist choice for focused daytime work, especially if you want a shared desk rather than a private office.

03 / Where to stay

Hotels you can actually work from.

Desk and chair evidence comes from guest reviews and room photos. Check Wi-Fi separately: a good desk does not prove a good connection.

Before you book a month

A remote worker’s checklist.

  • Ask the hotel for a recent speed test from your exact room category, and keep a mobile data backup.
  • Confirm the desk and chair in the room type you will book; photos of one room do not prove another.
  • Trial a coworking day pass before buying a monthly plan, at the hours you actually work.
  • Check the walk from your hotel to your workspace, including heat and road crossings.
  • Compare monthly or long-stay rates with the property directly before paying.
