The review, at a glance
Treat this as a branch to trial, not a month to book unseen. November 2025 quietness and meeting-room praise sit alongside two December 2025 accounts of a much smaller shared area after space was allocated to a fintech tenant. Those later accounts matter more for desk-based work than earlier spaciousness reports, though they remain unverified guest allegations. Rail access and published short-stay options are attractive. Before committing, confirm the current shared layout, desk availability and bookable rooms; the April 2026 welcoming-host review does not resolve those questions.

A closer look · Chapter 1
The main decision is not whether this is a real coworking venue, but whether its remaining shared area suits your work. The operator offers reserved desks in shared workspace, yet two December 2025 guests describe a crowded remnant after substantial space was allocated to a fintech tenant. One longstanding member estimates 15–20 hot desks; that is an allegation and estimate, not a verified inventory. For a worker settling in with a laptop for hours, the practical concern is choice of seat and sufficient personal space, rather than the branch's branding.
There is meaningful opposing evidence. A November 2025 guest found the atmosphere quiet and cosy, and an October 2024 day-pass user called it spacious and generally not very noisy. The older spaciousness report cannot resolve complaints about a later layout change. A December 2024 guest also disliked the unfinished-looking work area and poorly equipped pantries, showing that impressions of the interior already varied. Test the shared area during your intended working hours before buying a monthly plan. September 2025 feedback adds another everyday consideration: toilets were outside in the mall and described as quite far from the workspace.

Internet has better guest support than the current shared layout. A September 2025 visitor explicitly praised fast Wi-Fi and quick administrative help; a June 2025 interview-room customer also reported fast internet. These are useful independent accounts, but neither is a speed test or a demonstration of reliability under today's occupancy. The branch's enterprise-grade Wi-Fi claim adds a stated amenity, not measured performance. For bandwidth-sensitive work, use a trial to check your actual applications rather than treating the marketing label as a guarantee.
Booked rooms appear more promising than assuming the open area will suit sensitive calls. In November 2025, a counselling customer described their room as soundproof and distraction-free; the June interview customer also reported a positive room experience. That acoustic description belongs to one guest's room, not every room or any phone booth. Crucially, the December 2025 member alleges that most former meeting rooms were assigned to the private tenant. Ask which rooms remain bookable and reserve one before planning an interview or confidential session. The published hourly starting price does not establish availability or inclusion with a desk pass.
[source][source]A closer look · Chapter 3
The operator currently publishes enough branch-specific pricing to compare options: a day pass from RM40, weekly pass from RM160, hot desk at RM400 monthly and dedicated desk at RM600 monthly. These should not be conflated with the RM300-plus historical prices mentioned in December 2025 complaints. Those guests' objection was the amount of shared workspace received, not simply the nominal fee. Equally, the June 2025 room customer found their booking affordable. Value therefore depends on whether you need a reliable desk, a reserved room or occasional attendance; confirm the final price and tax treatment.
Day passes cover Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, excluding public holidays. Weekly-pass marketing promises 24/7 access including weekends and holidays, while the branch's general access note excludes On-Demand users from member access. Clarify that apparent wording conflict before relying on after-hours entry. Hot-desk cancellation terms require one month's written notice and payment for remaining contract tenure on early termination. The operator advertises nearby PWTC LRT and Putra KTM stations, plus weekday on-site support. Those are strong practical advantages, but they do not offset an unsuitable shared layout or guarantee support outside staffed hours.

A useful first-day check
Test a call from the area you would use. Check the desk, chair, power sockets and connection with your own device. Ask whether booths and meeting rooms need a reservation or cost extra.
A published facility tells you what to ask about. It does not establish measured speed, low noise, comfortable seating or spare capacity.

Make the whole day work
A shorter journey, a better night’s sleep or a pool at the end of the day. Match your stay to what matters.
The pool is one of the hotel’s better features, with attractive views, good service, and a relaxing setting. Some guests find it smaller or less impressive than expected, and the water can feel cool. It works well for a pleasant swim and lounging, rather than a huge resort-style pool experience.
Check before booking: Some supplied reviews describe the pool as smaller or less impressive than expected.

The rooftop infinity pool is a genuine highlight, offering striking city views and generally positive feedback on its size and appearance. A repair closure has caught some guests off guard, and there is no documented children’s pool. It is best for adults and families who mainly want a scenic swim.
Check before booking: No children’s pool is documented by one supplied review.

The pool is one of the hotel’s better features and broadly matches the photos. Guests describe it as clean, spacious, peaceful and enjoyable, though chemical smells, limited loungers, occasional closures and late-night noise have been reported. Families and leisure travellers should find it worthwhile, with expectations kept practical.
Check before booking: One supplied review reports midnight noise and guests swimming in clothes.

The rooftop pool is a genuine highlight, with city views and generally positive comments about its cleanliness and atmosphere. It may feel smaller than the photos suggest, and limited loungers plus occasional maintenance issues can matter at busy times. It is best for relaxing and views, not a full resort-style pool day.
Check before booking: Evidence is mixed on size: some guests call it small, while images present a long pool.

The pool is a genuine strength, with a substantial layout, city views and room for different swimming depths. Guests generally enjoy it, although some mention dated design, cleanliness concerns and awkward or unsafe access. It is a good choice for adults wanting a city-centre swim, less so for a polished family resort experience.
Check before booking: Some guests report outdated design, cleanliness or circulation concerns, and limited child-focused features.

The rooftop pool is one of the hotel’s better features, with city views and a separate children’s pool. Guests often find it enjoyable and well maintained, although some report dirty water or maintenance concerns. It is a good fit for families and leisure stays, not necessarily dedicated swimmers.
Check before booking: Pool cleanliness and maintenance complaints appear in supplied reviews, including a recent conditional concern about pool water.

How this guide is built
Each review combines sourced guest experiences with operator information. We assess seven parts of the working day and explain the strengths, trade-offs and gaps. We have not visited or independently tested the spaces.
The overall rating is a weighted calculation from supported category scores. A rating needs at least four supported categories, two core work categories and five distinct cited guest reviews. A facility list or a public star rating alone is insufficient.
Unavailable categories are left unrated, and weights are redistributed across the supported categories. Each needs confidence of at least 65% and two distinct cited guest reviews; access can instead use two documented facts. Value evidence expires after 30 days; other category evidence after 90 days.
Rankings use the calculated overall rating, then evidence confidence and analyzed review count, with a stable identifier as the final tie-break. Category shortlists use category score, confidence and the same stable identifier. Hotel commissions do not enter either calculation.
AI assists the individual analysis and writing. The city ordering is calculated directly from those individual findings. Google’s reported rating remains separate from our assessment.
